Join Aurora Material Solutions for a technical deep dive into our building and construction product portfolio—engineered to help profile manufacturers, extruders, and product designers meet the demands of today's exterior applications.
We will discuss who we are and what we do and then move into the material science and processing expertise that sets Aurora apart. We'll explore our exterior profile solutions and break down monoextrusion vs. co-extrusion—explaining what each approach offers, when to use them, and how our CPVC monoextrusion compounds perform in demanding exterior environments. From there, we'll walk through our capstock portfolio and the reasons behind our material choices—covering PVC, PVC/acrylics, and ASA—and what each brings to weatherability, durability, and appearance. Additionally, Sustainability is a growing priority in building and construction, so we'll outline our virgin, hybrid, and recycled-content options—helping you balance performance, cost, and sustainability goals without compromise.
We'll cover:
- Aurora’s breath of knowledge, and polymer solutions and offerings
- Monoextrusion vs. co-extrusion (and where CPVC monoextrusion fits)
- Our capstock portfolio: PVC, PVC/acrylics, and ASA
- Color capabilities and consistent, high-quality finishes
- Virgin, hybrid, and recycled-content options
It's a practical, technical look at how the right compound choices can elevate your exterior profiles.
Whether you're developing new profiles, optimizing existing formulations, or evaluating more sustainable material options, this webinar delivers the technical insight you need to make informed material decisions.
