Biocidal Product Regulations (BPR), consumer preferences, NGO\u2019s, and retailers continue to drive deselection, making the use of many traditional chemistries impractical or undesirable. The way formulas are developed and preserved is changing, where the whole formulation must be considered upfront, and preservation is no longer an afterthought or final step.<\/p>\n<p>Many of today\u2019s formulators are turning to <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/kguardSB\">Kalaguard<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> SB<\/a>, which was <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/kalaguardECHA\">BPR registered<\/a> by Emerald Kalama Chemical in 2019, making sodium benzoate available for the first time as a preservative for home care formulations. Kalaguard<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> SB enables formulators to meet consumer demands for green, non-irritating products that are effectively protected against bacteria, yeasts, and molds.<\/p>\n<p>During this webinar, the presenter will discuss new methods to tailor home care formulations for robust preservation, using Kalaguard<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> SB as registered preservative in combination with select ingredients resulting in more antimicrobial robust products.
