Its high performance\u00a0is\u00a0similar to\u00a0behentrimonium\u00a0chloride. By smoothing each individual hair strand, hair will be\u00a0 super-soft and manageable. It allows for easy combing and possesses\u00a0<strong>great substantivity<\/strong> while being easily removed.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Formulators will be happy to work with this 100% actives conditioning cationic, which is\u00a0a liquid and easy, quicker and safer to use. Formulators can explore all kinds of\u00a0textures and product forms.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, STEPANQUAT<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Soleil has a better environmental profile than the most popular quats
