\nThe Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) is the primary U.S. federal chemical control law.\u00a0As such, it affects companies that manufacture, import, process, or use chemical substances, including chemical substances in formulated products and articles.\u00a0 Under the TSCA, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) administers regulatory programs for both new and existing chemicals.\nWhat You Will Learn<\/strong>
\nThis TSCA introductory course is a recorded course that is available on demand.\u00a0 It will provide attendees with a basic understanding of the chemical regulatory programs administered by the EPA under the TSCA.\nCourse Agenda<\/strong>
\nThis course is divided into three parts and nine modules, as outlined below.\u00a0 The nine modules, which should be completed in the order indicated, vary in length and time.\u00a0 The total recording time is approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes.\nPart I – Introduction to TSCA<\/strong>

\nModule 5 – Significant New Use Rules (approximately 15 minutes)\nPart III – Existing Chemicals Program<\/strong>
\nModule 6 – Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements (approximately 50 minutes)

\nModule 8 – Prioritization, Risk Evaluation, and Regulation (approximately 20 minutes)
