Since 2015, she has been working at Mibelle Biochemistry, where she scientifically contributes to the development of novel cosmetic active ingredients. In 2017, Franziska was awarded the &#8220;Maison G de Navarre Young Scientist Prize&#8221; by the IFSCC. In 2020, she completed an MBA program with a master&#8217;s thesis on innovation management. He founded Mibelle Biochemistry more than 30 years ago and invented a large number of patent protected actives based on different technologies.<\/p>\r\n<p>He previously worked at the Nestle Research Centre in Switzerland. His research focussed on molecular biology and genetics of commercial baker&#8217;s yeast strains.<\/p>\r\n<p>Dr. Fred Z\u00fclli studied chemical engineering at the Technical Engineering School of Winterthur Switzerland and continued his studies at the ETH in Z\u00fcrich to study molecular biology and biophysics. In his Ph.D. thesis at the ETH he investigated the thermo stability of bacterial enzymes.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Picture Martin Baraibar 150x150\" src=\"http:\/\/ulprospector.ul.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Picture-Martin-Baraibar-150x150-1.png\" alt=\"Picture Martin Baraibar 150x150\" \/> <strong>Martin Baraibar, Ph.D\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>Chief Executive Officer<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oxiproteomics.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OxiProteomics<\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>Martin holds a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology, specializing in biomarker discovery to promote healthy aging and longevity. With a robust track record, he has been involved in numerous international scientific projects across the US and Europe, contributing to over 30 international scientific publications. As the founder and CEO of OxiProteomics, a preclinical CRO based in France, Martin spearheads innovative solutions for assessing the effectiveness of active compounds and formulated products in promoting skin longevity.
