At a small company, you&#8217;ll be responsible for the entire finished product.<\/li>\n<li>If you want your own equipment, a corporate library at your fingertips and access to paid online resources, a large company might be for you.<\/li>\n<li>While overall compensation might be better at a large company, a small company might have more flexibility to give larger raises.<\/li>\n<li>Office politics and a large pool of potential mentors might be intimidating for some.
