Typically, there are three ways to reduce noise:<\/p>\n

  1. Reduce vibration at the source with either a less powerful or higher quality motor<\/li>\n
  2. Isolate the motor further from the housing<\/li>\n
  3. Dampen the vibration using sound damping materials<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The third is the easiest\u2014and cheapest\u2014solution.<\/p>\n
