This can be particularly helpful when analyzing multiple products or researching competitive grades.<\/p>\n<p>Here are two ways to compare up to five plastics materials in Prospector:<\/p>\n<h2>1. Compare Plastics materials from search results<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Comparing Plastics in Prospector from Material Search Results\" src=\"https:\/\/ulprospector.ul.com\/media\/2017\/10\/pe-compare-results-300x172.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"751\" height=\"430\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use any material search to access the search results table, then follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 1:<\/strong>\u00a0from the search results page, checkmark up to 5 boxes associated with the materials you would like to compare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> click the &#8216;Action&#8217; button and choose &#8216;Compare&#8217;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ulprospector.ul.com\/media\/2017\/10\/PE-Compare-5-products.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Download sample comparison datasheet<\/a> (pdf)<\/p>\n<h2>2. Compare Plastics materials from different searches<\/h2>\n<p>If you need to compare a grade you are currently using with other products in Prospector, or you would like to look at two or more grades to see how they compare competitively, you can do so from from multiple searches.
