She is responsible for all marketing activities for the region EMEA and also manages global marketing initiatives. Jacqueline is engaged in the development of global marketing concepts for Home Care and I&I. She holds a diploma in business administration with focus on marketing.

Silvia Jentsch holds a degree in Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) in the field of Cosmetic and Detergent Technology, obtained from the University of Applied Sciences Lippe in Lemgo, now known as the Technical University of East Westphalia-Lippe.
Her professional career began in 1997 at ROVI GmbH in Schlüchtern, where she was responsible for the scientific, technical, and commercial customer service for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. From 2005 to 2007, she also worked temporarily at Dreiturm GmbH in Steinau, supporting product development in the Personal Care sector.
After taking time for her family and engaging in social work as an inclusion assistant in a school setting for a child with disabilities, she returned to the industry in 2014. She assumed the role of Sales Manager Personal Care for Germany and Switzerland at Azelis Deutschland Kosmetik GmbH.
Since 2019, Silvia Jentsch has been working at Evonik Operations GmbH. In her role as Applied Technology Manager within the Cleaning Solutions product line, she is responsible for the EMEA region.
