With more than 20 years dedicated to the Beauty Care industry, Léa currently leads global marketing initiatives for skin care at Syensqo, driving innovation and growth in this segment. Previously, she held senior roles at Seppic in marketing, sales, and R&D, including positions such as Beauty Care Active Ingredient Marketing Director and Business Area Sales Manager. Her extensive background also includes work in cosmetic application labs and international subsidiaries, providing a comprehensive industry perspective. Léa holds a degree in Organic Chemistry and Biology and a master’s in Perfumery, Cosmetics, and Aromatics from ISIPCA-Versailles.

Product Line and EMEA Business Development Manager - Skin Care

Sabrina Mizael has 15 years of expertise in cosmetic ingredients, with a strong focus on skin care formulation and marketing. She spent 10 years at Seppic, managing specialty functional ingredients such as emollients and emulsifiers, and later moved into key account management. At Symrise, she was Senior Global Product Manager in the Micro Protection Business Unit. Now at Syensqo, Sabrina oversees global product line management and business development for skin care in EMEA, driving innovation within the Home and Personal Care division.
