With a strong background in toxicology, Juan Carlos focuses on helping formulators navigate evolving regulatory landscapes while developing safe, high-quality ingredients for consumer-facing products. He is based in the Netherlands.

Antoine Germon has been with Shell since 2013 and leads global business development for Shell’s Life Sciences Fluids portfolio. He works closely with formulators and brand leaders in the personal care industry to help them solve complex formulation challenges, whether it's replacing restricted ingredients, improving product performance, or meeting evolving market demands.
