AI-driven data center growth is accelerating demand for high-performance materials and manufacturable component solutions. In this joint webinar, Aurora Material Solutions and Intek Plastics will show you how collaboration across the value chain—from polymer compounding to component manufacturing—drives performance, scalability, and speed to market.
Aurora Material Solutions will explore where polymers operate across critical data center infrastructure and how evolving requirements—from flame resistance to thermal performance—are shaping material selection. Attendees will also gain insight into the importance of being “designed in” at the component level, where specifications are ultimately defined.
Intek Plastics Group will build on this foundation by showing how material capabilities translate into real components. Through practical examples, they will demonstrate how geometry, processing, and design-for-manufacturing influence final performance—and why material data alone does not guarantee success in application.
Together, Aurora and Intek will highlight how early collaboration between material suppliers, component manufacturers, and OEMs reduces risk, improves manufacturability, and enables optimized solutions before specifications are locked.
